Include your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version so the issue can be reproduced more accurately.

In-app purchases

Restore purchases

If you already bought a feature and it does not appear unlocked, first try the app's Restore Purchases button. If the issue remains, email support with your app name and a short description.

Billing

Apple ID charges

All App Store billing is handled by Apple. If you need help with refunds or billing records, Apple Support may also be required depending on the issue.
